We are Riptide Pressure Washing, a licensed and insured exterior cleaning team based in Gloucester County. Our post-construction clean up is for homeowners, builders, and property managers who want the property to look move-in ready, not like a jobsite that just wrapped up.
This service targets what gets left behind after construction or renovation: construction dust, paint splatter, adhesive residue, oxidation or discoloration marks, staining, and that “jobsite film” that sticks to siding, concrete, and glass. In South Jersey, humid seasons and shade can speed up streaking and organic buildup on surfaces that were just exposed or just installed, so we finish the project the right way with cleanup.
We start with a walkaround to identify risks and set expectations before any work begins. If we see cracked windows, we call them out and may exclude those panes. If a roof has heavy organic growth, we explain that it can take a couple of rainstorms for everything to fully release, even after it’s treated.

Our pricing is based on the modules included in your post-construction scope, plus the condition of what we’re cleaning. More detailing, scrubbing, or wet scraping means more labor, especially on glass with paint or adhesive residue.
Your final price depends on the real factors that change labor and risk:

We run seasonal scheduling incentives and bundle add-ons. Bundle pricing is often the best value, and offers can vary by season and workload.

Newly built or renovated surfaces need the right method. We adjust our approach based on the material, the condition, and the type of post-construction residue actually on the surface.
Post-construction glass usually means dust, paint splatter, and adhesive residue. For interior glass, we apply chemicals, scrub with a pad, or scrape while wet, then finish with a squeegee. For exterior glass, we use a water-fed pole with a purified water system: wet, scrub, rinse.
Concrete gets a process that’s designed to clean evenly and avoid striping. We pre-treat, run a surface cleaner pass, rinse, then post-treat with sodium hypochlorite for deep-set organic growth when needed. We will not apply sodium hypochlorite to asphalt due to the risk of discoloration.

We are licensed and insured, and we show up with professional equipment and uniformed crews. That matters in post-construction work because you want someone who treats new surfaces with care and shows up ready to handle detail work.

We follow up after the job by text or email to confirm you’re satisfied. If something needs attention, we come back and address it. We are not hiding anywhere, and we keep the accountability simple.

We send quotes through Jobber, delivered by text and email. If a quote isn’t accepted right away, Jobber can send automated follow-ups, and we also do human follow-ups when quotes go cold. You get morning-of-arrival reminders, and after the job, we send a review request, primarily for Google.

We protect landscaping by pre-wetting vegetation and rinsing during application. We manage runoff with dilution because the solution to pollution is dilution. When needed, we bag gutters to prevent chemical runoff from impacting vegetation or sensitive areas

Commercial and HOA work can include COI requests, vendor onboarding, and approval chains. We handle that process when requested and coordinate expectations, such as clearing parking lots or walkways, so the job runs smoothly.

Our main review focus is our Google Business Profile, and we have nearly 150 reviews there. That volume comes from consistent follow-through after each job.

We start in the way you prefer: text, call, or in-person conversation to understand the scope. This step matters because post-construction cleanup can be simple, or it can involve heavy residue, and we need to know what modules you actually want included.
If the job is clean-cut, we can provide a quick quote based on online measurements. If it’s larger or more complex, we schedule an on-site estimate to ensure it’s done right. Either way, we deliver the quote through Jobber by text and email so you can approve it without chasing paperwork.
After approval, we schedule the service and keep you informed. Jobber handles reminder messaging, and we also follow up when needed. Weather matters here, especially wind on tall peaks, so we may reschedule for safety or better results, and we keep that customer-first and straightforward.
We do a walkaround before starting, point out any risks like cracked windows, and confirm prep. We ask you to remove 99% of items from decks, patios, and work areas. If areas aren’t cleared, it can add 45 minutes to remove items and 45 minutes to put them back, and in some cases, it can prevent us from proceeding that day.
We complete the work based on the modules in your quote.
If you’re home, we do a walkthrough because seeing is believing. After the job, we follow up by text or email to confirm satisfaction and send a Google review request.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we follow up after jobs to confirm everything looks right. If something needs attention, we come back and address it. On roof jobs, we set expectations that organic growth may take a couple of rainstorms to fully release, and if a specific area isn’t clearing the way it should, we can retreat that section free of charge.
Results longevity can vary by environment. For example, gutter results are impacted by falling debris in wooded areas, so what you see over time depends on surrounding trees and conditions.
